Bulk Design provides subscription-based design and implementation services through AI-assisted workflows, including UX/UI deliverables, front-end components, documentation, and design system support as defined by your plan.
These terms govern the use of Bulk Design services, deliverables, and subscription plans.

Bulk Design provides subscription-based design and implementation services through AI-assisted workflows, including UX/UI deliverables, front-end components, documentation, and design system support as defined by your plan.
Refunds are not provided for active billing periods. You can prevent future charges by canceling or changing your subscription before the next billing cycle.
Delivery throughput is subject to Claude Max and Codex Pro token availability. Local LLM deployments are available on request and must be planned in advance.
Client materials remain client-owned unless otherwise agreed. We treat shared materials as confidential and use them only for delivery and support within the engagement scope.
Upon payment, deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to your organization, excluding third-party tools, frameworks, or libraries that remain under their respective licenses.
Parts of the service may rely on third-party platforms such as Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, Slack, Telegram, Notion, Storybook, and Figma. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, including misuse of third-party intellectual property, malicious code distribution, or attempts to compromise systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding billing period.
