1. Service Scope

Bulk Design provides subscription-based design and implementation services through AI-assisted workflows, including UX/UI deliverables, front-end components, documentation, and design system support as defined by your plan.

2. Billing and Subscription Terms

  • Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • You may upgrade or downgrade based on roadmap needs.
  • Changes apply to future billing cycles unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Trial lengths and plan pricing are those shown on the pricing section at checkout time.

3. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are not provided for active billing periods. You can prevent future charges by canceling or changing your subscription before the next billing cycle.

4. Token Availability and Local LLM Option

Delivery throughput is subject to Claude Max and Codex Pro token availability. Local LLM deployments are available on request and must be planned in advance.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We process only the information needed to provide services, support, and billing.
  • Client inputs may include product briefs, screenshots, design files, links, and technical context.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We retain data only as long as necessary for delivery, compliance, and legitimate business operations.

6. Confidentiality and Client Content

Client materials remain client-owned unless otherwise agreed. We treat shared materials as confidential and use them only for delivery and support within the engagement scope.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon payment, deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to your organization, excluding third-party tools, frameworks, or libraries that remain under their respective licenses.

8. Third-Party Services

Parts of the service may rely on third-party platforms such as Stripe, GitHub, Vercel, Slack, Telegram, Notion, Storybook, and Figma. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity, including misuse of third-party intellectual property, malicious code distribution, or attempts to compromise systems.

10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulk Design is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the preceding billing period.
